Using Baja Amigo

Community and submitted content

You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant Baja AI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and use it to operate, improve, and promote Baja Amigo. We may remove content that violates these Terms or creates risk for users or the service.

Payments, cancellations, and refunds

Baja Amigo currently does not offer direct paid checkout or recurring billing. If direct purchases become available, the applicable price and checkout terms will be presented before purchase, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy will apply.

Intellectual property

Baja Amigo and its content, design, software, and branding are owned by Baja AI or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, revocable right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership to you.

Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or Baja Amigo must be brought in the state courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, or the federal courts in the District of Wyoming, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
