This policy applies to paid Baja Amigo memberships and Visitor Passes purchased directly from Baja AI LLC. It does not apply to purchases made from a local business or another third party listed through Baja Amigo.

Current availability

Baja Amigo does not currently offer direct paid checkout or recurring billing. No charge will be made through Baja Amigo until a purchase flow clearly presents the applicable price and checkout terms.

Canceling a membership

Once recurring memberships are available, you may cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancellation will stop the next renewal, and paid access will continue through the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

Payments will generally be non-refundable after access begins, including partial billing periods. We will review requests involving duplicate charges, billing errors, or a material service outage, and will provide any refund required by applicable law.

Visitor Passes

Visitor Passes will be one-time purchases that expire automatically at the end of the stated pass period. They will not renew and will generally be non-refundable once activated, except where required by law.
